Guys who have had their stock dropped due to poor starts to the season + my draft prediction

    F- Dario Hunt, Nevada

Averaging 4 turnovers per game to go with a meager 7.6 ppg and 38% shooting…he’s pretty much officially off the radar at this point….Undrafted

    G- Jordan Taylor, Wisconsin

Its obvious he has been working on his playmaking because he understands he wont play 2 guard at the next level…but hes down from 18 ppg to 12 ppg and hes shooting only 59% from the free throw line…Late 2nd round (50-60)

    G/F- Chris Johnson, Dayton

Similar to last year’s teammate Chris Wright, a mediocre season has costed Johnson his status, averaging just 11.4 ppg and shooting only 38% from the field…Undrafted

    F- Will Witherspoon, Memphis

He hasn’t gotten any better after his inspiring sophomore season…He’s averaging only 9.6 ppg and 4.8 rpg and has made some costly mental errors so far this year. His length still impresses scouts but he’s not much more of a prospect than Robert Dozier…Late 2nd round (52-60)

    F/C- Alex Oriakhi, Uconn

Oriakhi has been just simply underwhelming, performing poorly while starting but effectively while coming off the bench. Hes averaging a measly 6.6 ppg and 5.4 rpg in just under 19 mpg….Undrafted

F- Reeves Nelson / C- Josh Smith, UCLA

Nelson has had a disaster of a season and his play is reflecting that. Reeves is averaging 6.8 ppg and 4.8 rpg while shooting 43% from the free throw line. There is no way an NBA team takes a chance on a headcase like him. Smith on the other hand has looked fat, uninterested and borderline bored. His health is obviously a problem since he can only give Coach Howland 17 mpg… Nelson = Undrafted… Smith = Return for junior year

    G-Scoop Jardine, Syracuse

First, he hasn’t played poorly at all. He just hasn’t played enough. Coach Boeheim has played 19 different guys this season (enter inappropriate joke here) which is an absolute tragesty simply because Jardine should without a doubt be playing more than 17 minutes per game. He’s giving you 7 and 4 and if he were getting 30 minutes a night, I cant see why 13 and 6 wouldnt be achievable. Mid 2nd round (40-50)

I think the hardest drop is for jordan taylor… really disappointing whereas the 2012 draft class is so loaded.
