BasterdInABasketParticipantWanted to see some of your ideas what teams should do with their draft picks and players they should target in the second round… wanted to see some new teams other than the usual topics like CLE. MIN and UTA
Ill do Milwaukee…
#10- Alec Burks – I know the Bucks really like him and a wing scorer is a definite need. I really like his all around game and ability to get to the lane. If Burks is gone I’d like to see Jordan Hamilton at the 2/3. He is probably a better fit for MIL but Burks is the better player.
Second Round- I would like to see them get somebody with size. Just as long as Jon Brockman isnt playing anymore. Id like to see Greg Smith & Keith Benson targeted at #40.0 - Posted on: Wed, 06/15/2011 - 5:04pm #545686
ilike.panochasParticipantWarriors (needs: A offensive player down the post, depth at SF, and a 3rd guard off the bench)
1st round – Marcus Morris – The Warriors need an offensive low post player to complement Biedris, Lee and Udoh, unfortunately there is not a player who posses such skill worth picking at #11, and I expect Valanciunas and Kanter to be off the board. Morris gives the Warriors a much needed depth at SF, and is also capable of scoring the the post against smaller SFs. He is versatile enough to play some PF in spurt minutes. I considered Montiejunas in this spot, but I feel Morris fills a need and is more NBA ready.
2nd Round – E’Twaun Moore – The Warriors need a 3rd guard to back up Monta and Curry, and Moore has excellent size at PG and has the size to guard undersized SGs as well. Mark Jackson was an overachiever and a blue collar player, and Moore has similar intangibles.
