Here are some more Team Draft Grades. You have some winners (Thunder, Trail Blazers, etc.) and you have some losers (Warriors, etc).Which team had the best draft in your opinion?

clippers are a tough one to grade. I think aminu was the right choice, but he is far from a sure thing and might end more an energy player off the bench. Bledsoe is terrific, but you have to be cautious trading future first rounders when you are a perenial lottery team. Utah having the Knicks 9th pick is an example of how that can backfire. Warren was a steal, but is he a sg? WIth Baron and Bledsoe back there, I gues he is now. They probably deserve an "incomplete" grade more then the teams who didnt even have a pick.

Kings did great in my mind. Cousins is capable of being an all NBA center in a few years and a legit big with size and toughness is exactly what the doctor ordered in sac. And I dont care what people say about whiteside, he has too much potential to fall that far. Now if he doesnt work, the kings dont have to feel heat for it.

I am not a big fan of draft grades especially with this huge free agent class. There are so many big name free agents that so many teams could change dramatically. Some will go down the tank and others will become the next LA Lakers (ie always win championships) But which team that is, you really don’t have any idea. The rookies this team drafted may be good but are they really good enough for their team that could change so much during free agency. Also the hype surrounding some players is just too much sometimes. You really don’t know if a player will live up to the hype until they actually start playing. I mean look at the Kings last year, everyone thought they were ruining their team and really did horrible in the draft, Their rookie earns ROY. No one saw that coming, at least not until he took the league by storm as early as November.
I think the only true winners in this draft were the teams that have smart GMS and really know how to draft, but again who am I to judge draft picks before they even turn out. Wait until they have proven themselves on an NBA level, then give out draft grades.
