Traveling is something refs could care less about…  I forgot to ask if anyone saw this when it happened a few nights ago.  Do any refs know what traveling is?  This is terrible.

hornets got screwed yesterday when marcus thornton went for a game tying layup with 4 seconds left and it was goaltended but not called. The extra kicker was that after the suns announcers watched the replay in close up slow mo clearly shwoing the goaldtending, they still ripped on thornton for blowing the layup

The NBA refs are the worst referees in pro sports.

i think of the major sports, basketball is the hardest to offciate. I mean you know damn well you could probably call a penalty in football on every single play, but since the players know they get away with a lot and the replays never show all the holdings or pass interferences the fans just dont know about it. Baseball and hockey are relatively easy to officiate. But basketbal, there is no possible way you can accurately see every time if when a guy reaches in if he gets all ball or arm. And the block charge/charge call is one of the most up for interpretation calls out there, you can make arguments either way. Moving screens, shoveing in the post or on rebounds, There is contact on every play and i cant hate on officials for missing calls considering how many they get right. You just hope they dont cost a team a game on a last play.

they missed two calls in like 5 seconds, Augustin took 3 steps obviously but then when Rose got the ball back after inbounding it he took like 3 steps before dribbling. How do you miss 2 travels in less than 5 seconds?
