Thank God for the Wolves

Imagine how much tougher this draft would have been to mock if Washington still had the 5th pick. Minnesota taking it early closed off a lot of options & made it pretty clear who the top 6 were likely to be at least. If Washington was still sitting there, it would be conceivable for half the teams in the league to move into that spot - how's that for a monkey-wrench?

Flynn?

I spoke too soon. The Wolves giveth & the Wolves taketh away - Flynn at 6 completely jacked up my mock. How does Rubio & Flynn together work? There has to be a trade with one of those guys at some point, right?

Anyone want to bet that Rubio plays at least one more year overseas? I think the Wolves just pushed things down the road a little - they get to try out 3 highly rated PGs and they'll likely end up trading at least one of those 3 within the next year or two.
