As much as I hate Kobe, he has to be on top. What can’t the guy do? Then LeBron and Wade are a tie in my opinion.

Hard to really guage the top players, each team is entirely different so they all bring different things to their team. Stats don’t tell the story, so I hope that everyone looking at stats doesnt base their decision off of that.

I think that in the league 5 players stand out far and above anyone else. If I would have to rank them, I would have to say.
    1.LeBron
    2.Kobe
    3.Dwyane
    4.CP3
    5.Howard

I think they are all real, real close to eachother and all can be among the top 20 greatest players of all time. It is a great time for basketball with so many superstars once again.
Watch out for Kevin Durant as well. He might be joining this list within a year. He is damn good and improving very, very rapidly, even though he is on a &$#%#&@! team. Give him a year or two and watch out.

This kid is sick, i cna’t believe how he improve from 20ppg(really good for rookie) to 26(and many 30+ before injury) and he have 50%fg over 40% from three(% was one of the biggests his weakness)..it is just because there is other coach??..I really see Durant going to avg over 30 in some seasons and grabbing 1 and more scoring titles.

kobe is still #1, although lebrons team is doing just as well as kobes and he has no where near the supporting cast. where are tim duncan and kevin garnett in these top 5s? they might be getting up there in age but they are still two of the best in the league.

no love for ray allen either i guess? haha

I can see Durant being unstopable in about 4 years. I can see him a 6’9 or 6’10 230-240 (say he puts on some weight) SG/SF who is a dead on shooter and excelling at many other aspects.
I can see his stats looking something like this.

    32ppg
    9rpg
    5apg
    1.5spg
    1.5bpg
    52%fg
    89%ft
    47%3p

If you want to talk about great big men, and high scorers, Think about Shaquel Oneal. He is the 5th highest scorer of all time, and still dominates the boards as well as gets quite a few of assists. But he has had much more experience compared to all these young top 5’s. But he is definitely a great player, but he is not the best in a season mvp way. He is just a good solid player.

Shaq is a monster, he is the best player still playing in the league(for me..because some will say TD or KObe) but talking about present , Shaq is still really good, but he is not top5 or even top10 now
