Last year’s, a DIII basketball player from Illinois College named Jacob Tucker was able to get an invite to, and eventually win the NCAA Dunk Contest after posting this video. Now, it appears as if Northwestern Oklahoma State University basketball player Tyler Inman is trying to become this year’s Jacob Tucker? Does he have a chance? You be the judge.
