    Both missed the playoffs but both made significant upgrades to their rosters. Will either team make the playoffs? Which team will be better next year and for the next few years?

     I think GS has a chance to make the playoffs. The W’s problem is that their 2 best players Bogut and Curry are injury prone, and if one of them goes down they aren’t going to make it.

    I see the Wolves as a lock for the playoffs. I think what seed they will be will depend on how Rubio comes back next season.

    Since the Warriors drafted Barnes, they are expecting to make it back to the lottery. Expect the Warriors trying to tank next season to secure the top 7 pick (protected) otherwise Utah gets it.
