I think the Bucks will do something like this:

Draft Flynn or Teague, re-sign Villanueva, let Sessions go

Draft Blair, re-sign Sessions, let Villanueva go

I think here is what the Buck should do

Let Charlie V walk- anyone that doesnt wanna be there, let him go

Trade- Jefferson, Alexander and Ridnour to Cleveland for Ben Wallace, Darnell Jackson, 30th pick and 2nd rounder

add a Drew Gooden and/or Hakim Warrick....

Draft. 10th (Jeff Teague), 30th (Austin Daye or Taj Gibson), 2nd round picks (Damion James, Jodie Meeks, John Hyfelt, Dionte Christmas and Chris Johnson will be on thier radar)
