Charlie SheenParticipantThere are many players whos names are on the trade block and in trade rumors. now a lot of the talk has been about free agency but a lot of teams are a trade away to becoming contenders.
Here’s a list of players tell me if they get moved, where do they go and if that helps out the team they go to or they stay:
Darren Collison– Miami Heat or New York Knicks–depends on who plays around him
Mehmet Okur– Stays
Emeka Okafor–
Rudy Gay–
Devin Harris(if Wall is drafted)– Detroit Pistons–they have a Franchise PG now they miss playoffs and move RIP and Prince to free cap space for Melo, or Miami Heat
Al Jefferson– Stay unless they find a true Center for him
Ramon Sessions– Los Angeles Lakers he played in the triangle and would make them better since Farmar and Fisher might not return
Kevin Martin– Stay they like his scoring ablity and already have two good perimeter defenders Battier and Ariza to play next to him. If he is traded he takes a Instant Offense role like Crawford and Smith
Monta Ellis– Stays but is dealt by the deadline unless they get a top 3 pick if Turner is picked they move him for a solid PF if Cousins is picked they move him and Biedrins for a solid SG/SF
Andre Miller– Stays
Andre Igoudala– Stays
Richard Jefferson– Stays
Kirk Hinrich– Stays
Luol Deng– Miami for Beasley if the Heath get a PG if not then Beasley is Moved for a PG
Michael Beasley– Chicago Bulls they can offer the Heat Deng or Hinrich if not New Jersey, New Orleans, Golden State, LAC, Detroit, Minnesota many options
Jose Calderon- Stays
Jarrett Jack- Miami Heat maybe, Detroit Pistons maybe, or Stays he has skills but the contract is an issue but if he produces then it wouldnt matter
Caron Butler– stays The Mavs make one more push at a title and fall short again
DJ Augustine– Maybe Miami likely not but I think i a good scenario for him would be Miami he can paly off the ball knock down shots and he wont wont be asked to do more than that. if not then he either stays or goes to New York which isnt very likely either
Chris Douglas-Roberts–Denver they need a back up SF and New Jersey doesnt want him but who does Denver trade to them
Kenyon Martin- Stays Denver need a lost post threat and moving Nene to the 4 would help but who plays 5 so Martin stays for another year unless someone picks up that contract
Chris Andersen- Stays unless they find a taker. They want a younger more explosive Defensive Big but who? Amir Johnson is the perfect fitAny I missed or any opinion

TyroberParticipanthow did you come up with all this mess? half the players you have listed are still under contract and cant just be given away. Collison, Augustine, CDR, Beasley, Chris Anderson, Kenyon Martin, Sessions, Okur. Some of these guys were just given long contract extensions and you have stay beside their name? this thread makes zero sense.

the I in winParticipantHe is giving where he thinks they will be traded to. I don’t think ramon sessions to the lakers fits, he can’t shoot at all and a point guard in the triangle needs to be able to shoot. I think they 76ers will still try to move iggy with brand/dalembert.

Charlie SheenParticipantYeah they all are in trade talks and I wonder where they might end up
as for Sessions he will be moved the Wolves have Rubio coming soon so why have 3 PG’s Miami might bite at him maybe even Charlotte who knows New York might go after him he got talent
Philly should completely destroy the locker room Keep Holiday, Young, Speights and trade everyone else for picks and young talent and proven role player veterans.0 - Posted on: Mon, 05/10/2010 - 1:57pm #310441
