llperezYou are a top recruit coming out of highschool. What college would you choose to go to?
pick one major confrence or high level school, and one non major school. What are your two choices?

jeff416ParticipantMy major school pick would be Memphis thats a easy choice there my favorite team. If I had to pick a mid-major I guess I would pick Davidson I dont know I dont really root for any mid-majors.

llperezMy mid major would be Pepperdine. That school is literally on the beach in Malibu. For a major school, I would probably take a look at UConn, Kentucky, and Duke. I would want to get away from home and the California schools have too may distractions.

canesboy6ParticipantId have to go to Carolina if i was to get an offer from there, because if you stay four years your pretty much guaranteed a contract to play professional ball. The last guy on Carolina’s bench has a leg up on alot of mid major’s 2nd or 3rd best players as far as getting a contract overseas. There hooked up as far as getting guys into coaching too, its just a very well connected place to be associated with.
As far as mid majors, I would have to go with VCU. I really like the program they are putting together.

CameronCrazieParticipantI would obviously go to Duke.Just for the experience and Coach K knows what he’s doing and I would want be apart of something bigger than myself.

CameronCrazieParticipantMy mid major I would go to Davidson not because steph curry but because I like Bob Mckillop and how he runs the program.I live in Charlotte so it would be like 30 min from my house

Thunder DanParticipantCrean will have that program up and running in a few seasons. He already has a top 10 recruiting class after 1 season and he will get the best ball players in Indiana. Just think of who they have missed out in the past because of shitty coaches, Oden, Conley, McRoberts, Dom James, Deonta Vaughn, Tyler Zeller. Plus, IU is a sick party school. As for mid majors I would say Hawaii, just because.

R-Dot-13ParticipantMajor: North Carolina, for the reasons canesboy says
Mid Major: Niagara, Buffalo, Siena.
They are all schools within distance of my home because I am Canadian, but honestly I would go to any D1 School that would take me .
Then theres Gonzaga, who always has a great program, along with VCU.0 - Posted on: Fri, 09/04/2009 - 10:46am #209899
Lemons4LifeParticipantor Pepperdine, maybe Washington. Also, by where I live on the ESPN bottomline last night did anyone see my hometown Quincy get slammed like 70 to 3 in college football!?

JNixonParticipantKansas State- My favorite college
And my mid-major would be- Gardner Webb. I went to visit my brother there a couple of weeks back, and I enjoyed myself. I also was invited to a bball camp there, and now I have a relationship with the coaching staff.

j1232eParticipantnorth carolina because of tradition. Utah Utes come on this team is in the march madness year in and year out. The football program as gone undefeated 2 times in the last four years, and also have a good amount of draft picks in each sport!
