qDizzle32ParticipantOut of Rudy Gobert, Steven Adams, Gorgui Dieng, Jeff Withey and Lucas Noguiera where would you rank those mid to late first round projected Centers from 1-5?

scliddiardParticipant1: Steven Adams , raw but high potential, looked good at the combine, good body to play in the post, hard worker, good length,
2. Gorgui Dieng , Solid contributor, ahtletic, good defender, more ready to contribute now.
3. Rudy Gobert , Intriguing player with his length but weak and skinny, gets pushed around to easy.
4. Jeff Withey , Limited offensive game , good defender/shot blocker, needs weight and strength
5. Lucas Noguiera , To me , from what I have seen he is way overrated, weak, shinny, not a hard worker, just tall/long and
athletic but not that skilled.0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/21/2013 - 9:54am #778985

Memphis MadnessParticipantI haven’t seen three of those guys play. Withey and Dieng are both good. I looked at some Rudy Gobert clips and he LOOKS like Sam Bowie. Decent high lights, but supposedly he moves awkwardly.
Withey and Dieng would be ok at 15 to 20 (I could see OKC taking a look at both guys at 12) and steals in the late twenties.
Gobert’s stock will be volatile. Might have to be patient with that guy.
I will look into Steven Adams more.
Adams, Noguiera, and Gobert look like guys who will go in the twenties with one of those guys possibly cracking the mid teens. Other than that I don’t really see these guys going in the lottery unless a team really falls in love with them.

mike_r232ParticipantFor right now I would go with this (pick range in parentheses:
1. Dieng – Will be solid right away. Would be perfect for a team like OKC. (12-22)
2. Gobert – Huge! For where he will be picked, it will be worth the gamble. Has the largest variation in pick range (11-26)
3. Adams – Too raw to put up top, but has skill. (13-22)
4. Withey – Like Dieng, can contribute right away. I don’t see him slipping out of the first round like the new mock has him. Too valuable when signing a FA backup center could cost you $5 million. (18-29)
5. Noguiera – Seen the same tapes that others have seen. Haven’t seen enough and riskier than Gobert and Adams. I wouldn’t be scared from drafting him if I had multiple picks in the 25-35 range though (25-35)0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/21/2013 - 12:59pm #779123
