I think the Cavs will beat Washington on Sunday, and I barely know anything about the Egyptian situation, so I'm going with the Cavs winning a game.

That Egyptian president is an ally to the American government, so he won't get over thrown anytime soon. I say the Cavs losing streak ends first.
