Why?

Why hasn't NBAdraft.net updated the 2009 mock draft because these players have declared for good and they are not in the draft: Jrue Holiday, Nick Calathes, Rodrigue Beaubois, Dwayne Collins, Nic Wise, Rodrick Flemmings, Tasmin Mitchell, & Greivis Vasquez.

I think there reluctant to put them in if they havent signed an agent unless they really feel he's going to enter.
