Even if Melo wants to leave
Even if Melo wants to leave the Nuggets are still legit title contenders, and the Nuggets front office is hoping they win the Championship so then maybe Melo would stay. Not likely to happen, but no way Melo gets traded unless someone of equal or better value gets offered to them.
And Chris Paul, the Hornets have made it clear that they will not be trading Chris Paul. They "tried" to strengthen his supporting cast but I must say came away the lesser end of the stick, no homo. No trades of any superstars are going down, but once free agency hits, things will get CRAZY!

huh, seriously the Nuggets
huh, seriously the Nuggets are legit title contenders. They were in the past but it does not look like they still are. They did not even get out the first round last year.

So i'm pondering the whole cp3/melo/nyk trade ideas in my head today, and i think to myself, wouldn't it be easier for them to just trade between eachother? Crazy right? NO can offer a pretty good deal to Denver and a lot of expiring contracts(over 20mil), plus they actually have draft picks(unlike a certain northeastern team). I also threw Dallas in here because they can offer some young talent to denver as well and also they have picks within the next few years. I know this trade is probably unrealistic, but dont you think something along the lines of this is better for the teams involved?
NOH gets West, Melo, Okafor,Ariza, and CP3 on one tea! I'll take that over any team in the league.
Denver gets 20 million in cap space, young players like Thornton, Barea, Beabois, and loads of 1st rounders.
Dallas gets a better point guard in billups while only taking on some cap space, which i'm sure cuban would do.
Ok, so i expect some negatives, but my main goal is to try and figure out some ideas that would actually benefit the teams involved, instead of just shattering one team. Thoughts por favor
