Why did MJ leave in 1993?

Why did MJ leave in 1993?

I forgot the real reason why. Is it because of his father death and he lost interest in basketball? He wants to pursue his baseball HOF? Is he even good at baseball? Because of gambling issue? Why exactly did MJ leave basketball in his prime?

lol..To tell the truth nobody

lol..To tell the truth nobody really knew but Jordan...There were so many rumors as to why he left....Almost everyone believe it was becuz of the death of his dad,they say his dad wanted him to be a baseball player when he was growing up..But there were some Conspiracy theorist that have speculated that he was ''secretly'' suspended for gambling.....But both Jordan and Stern have denied that accusation.....
