i like the logic but i doubt
i like the logic but i doubt thats what phil is worried about, lol. he has 11 rings so im sure he is worried about who is coaching the heat. he knows he can beat spoelstra or riley. if anything he would probably rather beat riley.

The more they win the longer Erik Spoelstra stays. This is the real reason Phil made those comments, so that Erik Spoelstra would stay! Miami won't be able to win a title with Spoelstra. It's just like the Mike Brown situation, while it was difficult to fire a coach winning 60 plus games and winning coach of the year, Cleveland had zero chance of winning a championship with him coaching.
Honestly there are very few coaches who could turn that celebrity cast into a championship team. Phil could, Doc could, maybe Pat, and maybe Rudy T
