whateverParticipantIf you had to select the all-nba worst starter team how would it look like? Try not to include injury replacements or players averaging under 20 minutes per game. Mine would be the following:
PG-Isaiah Thomas
SG- Courtney Lee
SF- Landry Fields
PF- James Johnson
C- Kendrick Perkins0 - Posted on: Thu, 11/08/2012 - 7:58pm #726967
BostonkingsParticipantThis list is just awful.

kingofbumsParticipantpretty sure you can find a list of starters worse than that…fields is horrible right now though…lost all of his confidence….as a raptors fan it sucks to see 6 mill a year go away like that….

For_Never_EverParticipantCourtney Lee, is a reliable all around player. Can you tell me something he is bad at other than perhaps maybe rebounding and blocking shots ?

whateverParticipantI know season just started but 6pts 1.3 rebs 1 assist per game in 26 minutes in the first 4 games is a little underwhelming and he is last in PER among SG averaging more than 20 minutes, but thanks for sharing your opinion

For_Never_EverParticipantWhere do you go to look mpg ? I don’t believe Courtney Lee is playing more than that, because the Celtics are playing a lot of Jason Terry and Barbosa at the 2.

alvarobParticipantSomething like this seems more apropiated:
PG: Rodney Stuckey (Blake is injury replacement, but its worse than Stuckey)
SG: Landry Fields (Listed as SG/SF)
SF: James Johnson
PF: Jason Thompson (Zaza Pachulia is pretty bad and could go here too)
C: Kendrick Perkins

FritzParticipantNot saying he wont be good in the future but as of right now he makes this list.
Austin Rivers stats after starting 3 games
29 MPG Fg% 20%
3 pt % 0
2 reb
3 ast
1.7 stls Surprisingly good for the rookie
6 ppg
Give me Isaiah Thomas over Rivers this season

phila9012ParticipantHe is best position is shooting gaurd or combo gaurd off the bench. I dont see him working out as a starting point gaurd. He never did anything more than score at duke. He never ran the offense or spent that much time at point gaurd creating for others. I havent watched the hornets to see to is bringing the ball up and setting up the offense, but rivers is best on the wing.
