FORLI, Italy – Senior forward Kevin Jones scored 24 points to lead West Virginia to a 90-67 victory over professional basketball team Fulgor Libertas Forli Friday evening in Forli, Italy.
Jones was 11-of-16 from the field and pulled down seven rebounds for West Virginia. Jones was one of four Mountaineers in double figures. Senior guard Darryl Bryant scored 15, while junior Deniz Kilicli had 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Freshman Keaton Miles scored 14 points, shooting 4-of-4 from the field, including 2-of-2 from 3-point range.
