Zeke back with the Knicks?
Haha lol! really the guy is the reason why the knicks where so screwed with contracts in the 1st places, but walsh is an old man & past his prime as a gm, he need to retire, but zeke really? that would be hilarious!
Isiah Thomas coming back to the Knicks as a GM would be fworse than LBJ goin to the Heat. But I highly doubt he comes back as GM. David Stern was the one who urged James Dolan to fire Zeke in the first place. Stern wont let it happen. Zeke is just James Dolans boy.Alot of Knick fans would probably boycott if he came back. Hence.. not good for business.
un-f'in'believable. i will become a nets fan. f'that. he basically gathers former talented players, destroys their psyche, frames or encourage them with sexual crimes just to get rid of them. sob probably cost us lebron because he was a two face when he talked about lebron back when he was in Cleveland. he is the type that is stupid with numbers and just give out money to his buddies who are agents. he does favors for super agents. he made the careers of 5 other gms.
jerome james, malik rose, jared jeffries, marbury, crawford, traded away all those f'n draft picks to the bulls for curry n'chicken.
HE PASSED UP AMARE STOUDAMIRE IN THE DRAFT FOR NENE. we could of had him pre knees and eye injury.
he took balkman instead of rondo.
Scott layden is 2 blame y the knicks sucked so much he's the 1 dat gave allan houston 100mill n traded away pat ewing 4 nobodies not isiah..he's the 1 who drafted nene over amare not isiah n that big european dude who vince carter dunked on n neva was heard of again...he's the 1 who was given bad contracts 2 horrible players..isiah was tryin 2 make the knicks better he had good players marbury zach randolph jamal crawford drrafted wilson chandler david lee nate robinson channing frye he did pick balkman over rondo but no1 gets the draft perfect..isiah had a decent team he just wasn't a good coach he was a better gm..I kno he definetly woulda picked brandon jennings last yr n lance this yr
I don't see the problem with the draft picks this year, especially after picking up Jerome Jordan. And I love what Donnie Walsh has done in bringing respectability back to this franchise. I think the Knicks will be very competitive this season, and I'll be surprised if they don't make the playoffs. Plus they're young and a bit raw, so they should get better as the season progresses and come into the playoffs strong. They could get past the first round at least. And that's with another maximum contract's worth of salary coming off the books for next summer with Eddy Curry and Kelenna I-can't-spell-his-name, plus some one-year deals. Free agents will want to come to the Knicks next summer.
And don't forget about the sexual harassment thing. I don't see any way Thomas is coming back.
Actually it wasn't Scott Layden who traded away Patrick Ewing.
Layden came in and traded Glen Rice, he acquired overpaid guys like Shannon Anderson, Eisley and Antonion McDyess.
Isiah as a GM really that makes no sense, why not Kevin Pritchard he has a solid resume at least.
Isiah was awful not just with trade he sucked with free agent signings.
Also don't forget Isiah passed on Rondo and Bynum in the draft as well.
Isiah actually has an eye for talent...and if there was one good thing he ever did in a front office it was drafting. He's drafted guys like Camby, Damon Stoudemire, Antwan Jamison, Wilson Chandler....but if the Knicks re hire him...its proves Dolan is smoking dope. He would be a huge PR night mare!
layden and isiah both sucked, cant blame layden for all the things isiah did.
Personally i would love it if isiah was rehired by the knicks. Im convinced the owner is the one who the fans will turn on next since he keeps hiring the worst gms in the league. Not that im putting Walsh in that category already, but it's lookin real shaky in my eyes right now.

Isiah Thomas may return the Knicks as GM?
I am pretty sure James Dolan is behind this. He actually got back with Isiah recently. Rumor suggested that he's unhappy about Walsh draft selections in this year draft and also missed the goal of getting LBJ after 2 years of sucking. He's turning back to Zeke and actually sent him off to meet LBJ right before "The Decision".
If it happens, this would be great news to every GMs in the NBA.
Bad news to Knicks fans.
