It should sway his decision a little sitting in that company is impressive even if I hate Carolina. The only way KU gets him is if Xavier leaves for the NBA, the jayhwaks will still be good and adding barnes would keep them near the top a reason for him to head to Lawrence, but I hate to say I think Duke is where hes heading.
He still has ucla on his list....im hoping he comes to my school..........it will really jumpstart the program agian....Especially if josh smith sign with him.,.....but i doubt it....Hopefully he doesnt go to duke,kansas,or North carolina....just to give some other teams chances to win a chip....
Because Duke players have had soooo much success with going to the NBA...LOL. Why wouldn't he go to UNC? UNC is the best talent producing school (next to UCLA) and he would fit the style...You know, UNC did win the National Championship last year...You people make it sound like they suck...LOL.

EDIT: And this is without Jay Williams who no doubt would've been a great NBA player.
Duke and North Carolina havent produced great pros over the past few years but thats mainly because they were recruiting college players instead of 1 and dones. Barnes will be good wherever he goes and will be a top 5 pick wherever he goes so it wont hurt his draft stock at all unless he goes to Iowa State. But I see him going to Duke he seems like a really smart dude that cares about acdemics so he would definetly be a good fit at Duke.
Brendan Haywood, Joseph Forte, Raymond Felton, Marvin Williams, Sean May, Rashad McCants, David Noel, Brandan Wright, Reyshawn Terry, Tyler Hansbrough, Ty Lawson, Wayne Ellington with plenty of talent in the future...

Yes, UNC has had some players who haven't lived up to the potential, but come on...So has Duke...Once Coach K is gone, what's going to happen?

The point is, Duke overall had has better success then UNC since 1980. Go Look it up. We dont get alot of One and Done players due to Academic Standards. But the talent we do our thing.

Both are great programs...I'm a UNC fan, Q and Spencer are Duke fans...LOL there's really no point in arguing nobody will ever win.
Fact of the matter is, you said all Duke players bust in the NBA. You were proved wrong. The initial argument has NOTHING to do with past success. Nobody is arguing that UNC didnt have the greatest player ever. Keep repeating that, it means nothing. We all agree MJ is the greatest. Woohoo.
They have more all-star appearances but Duke has many more good players. Majortiy of UNC players in the NBA right now are not even average NBA'ers. And if you want to talk &$#%#&@! about Shelden Williams and JJ Redick.. How about Marvin Williams, Sean May, Brandan Wright, Rashad McCants.
Duke and UNC both have their share of success and busts in the league and both have had their share of success in college. Overall the argument between which team overall is better is an ever ongoing argument that's too difficult to decide. Very recently UNC has had more success, but expect Duke to be back on the rise again soon.. It's a rollercoaster, sometimes one team is up and one team is down.

You have some good points...However, I do not consider Marvin Williams a bust. Give Brandan Wright 1 or 2 more years. McCants was never supposed to be an amazing player. Sean May is a bust...I thought he was gonna be good to.
