only 1 was bias, is it against the law to sneak a little bit of bias in every once in a while?
Are you sure LeBron's the best because I know you're a little itsy bitsy bias about him? Lol jk. Btw, I hate the spurs but they were on the top of my mind so yeah. Also, I agree Flynn should be rookie, but since they signed Sessions I pulled back.
ahh, you can always count on churchboy to supply you with ultra bias-ness!
How do you guys measure how good of a three point shooter someone is? Does it include getting off fade-away threes with a man in his face? I think that should be taken into consideration. I mean, no lie, there's this 5'9" Asian guy at my YMCA who missed 3 out of 100 NBA threes (they were all jumpers). Should this guy be considered a good three point shooter?
In my opinion, there are plenty of great spot up three point shooters in the league. They may not shoot it all that often because they're covered on the perimetre. I wouldn't call these guys good three point shooters at all .
Getting your shot off in tough situations is a big part of the game, and if you can't do that efficiently, you're not a good shooter. That is why I consider Kobe, Ray Allen, and Vince Carter the best three point shooters in the league right now.
Who is the best...
Team? Rockets
Player? McGrady
Defender? Battier
3 Point Shooter? Barry
Rookie? Budinger
Sophmore? Dorsey
haha, it's ok the be Bias, but if you were like what I listed above, it's bad.
Who is the best...
Team? Spurs (As much as I hate to say it)
Player? LeBron James (Stats mean something to me, I know I shouldn't go by it, but that gives him the edge)
Defender? Shane Battier (I'd put Howard, but if Battier was on Howard's team, nobody would get by Battier so Howard gets no blocks or less blocks, Battier goes against Elite Players everday, Howard plays mediocre Centers and Forwards usually)
3 Point Shooter? Daniel Gibson (He just needs playing time to get consistent)
Rookie? Brandon Jennings (As much as I hate to say this one too, but he'll be efficient with Redd and Bogut helping ease the defenses from collapsing on him, plus they can get him open shots)
Sophmore? OJ Mayo (I love the kids game and beard...haha. Rose will be good though)
Team? The Lakers
Player? Kobe Bryant... The most complete and competitive player on the planet.
Defender? Dwight Howard in the paint... Shane Battier on the perimeter.
3 Point Shooter? Steve Novak
Rookie? Blake Griffin
Sophmore? Derrick Rose
a 3 Point Shooter good if he can spot up from behind the line and hit on a better then consistent basis although not many can so I guess consistent base, you can count on him for a three if he's open or more likely he'll hit it. The others I'd call Clutch. I've seen Gibson hit some jumpers over people and I've seen Battier as well, but the best would probably be 'Mac, Kobe, Allen, Redd, and Nowitzki? Off the top of my head, they can hit it over anyone and can hit it when open
Team? Lakers
Player? Kobe
Defender? Interior- Howard perimeter- Artest or battier
3 Point Shooter? mmmm tough one, probs Kapano
Rookie? Griffin
Sophmore Mayo or Rose, this season will either separate them or make the argument more heated
Team? Lakers
Player? Kobe

3 Point Shooter? Allen

Rookie? Brandon jennings
Sophmore? Dont hate me.. Russell Westbrook .
OK, we have a prime example of what I was just talking about. Someone put Novak as the best three point shooter. He can't dribble out of the way to get threes up. Once you get a hand in his face, he makes them at an average rate.
I said Novak. The question wasn't "Who's the best 3 point shooter off the dribble?" It was simply "Who's the best 3 point shooter?" If it's just 3 point shooting, then I think Novak is the best in the NBA... In my opinion. If we're talking about off the dribble or contested, then I'd have to go with Ray Allen.
Team? Lakers.
Player? LeBron.
Defender? Raja Bell.
3 Point Shooter? Nowitzki.

Who is the best...
Team? Magic

MagikKnick: LOL LOL
Biased? Me? What? No way man
But in all seriousness, ESPN and even this site said that Blake Griffin and DeMar DeRozan had the most potential from this draft class. What if DeRozan turns out to be really steller? What if he lives up to the hype? I may be a little biased but I know talent when I see it.
And I like the guy, but I would NEVER say Bosh is the best player in the league.

I know, probably been discussed, but before we debate and argue, just list your own and add on if you want then explain why you think what you think. After about 4-5 people answer I think it'd be fair to start the arguing and debating.
