WVU vs Purdue
Im not really sure about the Mountaineers,
beat Cle St by only 2 (4-10)
went to OT with Seton Hall, who is a solid team this year but i dont think they should compete with a top 5 team.
Played a lot of close games with people that they should have beaten..
and then played terrible vs Purdue.
Do they deserve their ranking?
Guys, please know that it is very hard for me to say this, but I dont think they are a top 10 team right now. Of course I could give a few excuses like problems with Injury to key players and they are very young, however, Ill just say that they arent legit right now. I think they can get there but they arent right now. Butler needs help at every position. I guess my Eers are just going to struggle until someone else steps up. Ugh, I hate this!! I still think they are a top 25 team but not top 10. UGH!!!!!
I dont think they are a top 10 team either ,
top 20 though.
i think they are good not sure how good but dont underrate purdue. wvu played a very very good team that plays good defense. thats 2 unbeaten teams down now because syracuse just lost to pittsburg
JaJuan Johnson has come a long way since being that really really skinny kid trying to play on the perimeter at Franklin in Indiana lol. I never thought he'd be this good, but I'm proud of him.
Yea Johnson is a success story. I remember watching them scrimmage on the Big 10 Network on TV his freshman year, and he's gotten way better since then. Last year was his breakthrough. He's still weak and very narrow, but he shows a pretty good offensive game..
He's definitely still weak and narrow, but you should've saw him in high school. 6' 10" 195. YES... 195. Hilarious. One game they played against Oden and Lawrence North, and Oden literally dunk the ball and Johnson in the rim.

(sigh)
I hate to say this but the Eers sucked against the Boiler Makers. They had 19 TOs vs 7 by Purdue...
Butler still scored 17, Ebanks had 11 and Jones had 12. . . There was no help for Butler anywhere. In a 15 point loss WVU looked terrible.
For Purdue, JaJuan Johnson was a beast. He had 25 points and 11 rebounds. There was no player that could guard him. Hummel had 18 and Moore had 15.
I guess the Mountaineers arent quite as good as I thought or, the Boiler Makers are legit. OR both...
(sigh)
What did you all think of the game.
