Halo 2: Depending on your personal opinion, it can be pretty sad when a man's fondest teenage memories are from his days of playing Halo 2 on Xbox Live. It was always a good day whenever I could find the weirdest/gayest music I could and blast it over my mic during a game of Rumble Pit or Capture the Flag (Baltimore Club Music FTW!). Good times, man. Good times.
Conker's Bad Fur Day: I won a lot of pizza money playing this game in middle school.
Shenmue: I lost count of how many times I beat this game, even though that creepy, old bald guy in the pink jacket with the Muay Thai foot wraps always kicked my ass from one disc to the next. This one--and the second one--are awesome.
GTA: San Andreas: Do I really need to say it?
Fable 1: About to beat this game for the 12th time. No matter how hard I try, I can never get my character to become strong enough to use mostly magic.
Bruce Lee, QOTD: It was one of those games that was so bad, it was good. Just hours upon hours of beat-em-up fun.
Legend of Zelda, Link to the Past: I never beat this game. Then again, I never really tried to beat it. I actually have it on my computer.
Super Tennis: Super Hard. I never could get that serve right. I always used to play against the girls (thinking it would be easier), but they kicked my ass too.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV; Turtles in Time: I loved this game. It was the only game my cousin would play with me whenever I went over her house.
Final Fight: I never got anyone to play with me, and those type of games are hard as hell to beat by yourself.
Double Dragon: See Final Fight.
Fuzion Frenzy: This game is full of win.
Fire Pro Wrestling D: I got this game on a Friday. By Tuesday, my T.V. was taken out of my room. This game was the reason why.
WWF No Mercy: I had to have played at least 1,000 matches. At least.
If I ever get a laptop, and I install M.U.G.E.N. on that laptop, I will never buy another fighting game again...........
Well I am an Atari 2600 generation guy so my list is as follows, in no order:
River Raid (Atari2600) IMO, the best game ever by that system. Youtube it if you don't know what it is.
Outrun- I was the king of this driving game at the arcades.
WW2 '42- Another game I owned at the arcade.
GTA4- I actually had to sell my PS3 because of this game. I didn't slee for months and it wa ruining my life.
KungFu- This was the original Mortal Kombat style game.
Little League Baseball (Nintendo) This game was just awesome.
NBA Jam- Classic
Maniac Mansion- Used to play this on my Commodore 64 when I was a kid. The most fun I ever had was playing this. I am sure there are youtube vids of it, great game.
Zac McCrackin and the Alien Mindbenders- A spinoff of Maniac Mansion.
I could list like 100 more.
i started with the original nintendo, mario 3 was the &$#%#&@!. I remember i loved horror movies so i would get all pumped up to play nightmare on elm street and predator, although looking back those games were kinda lame.
Me and my neighbor would play contra for hours. Then when he got a playstation, we played twisted metal all the time.
I had a sega and sega cd, i loved sonic 1 and true lies and jurrasic park.
hey OJJ, you say you love fable 1, have you tried fable 2? I never played the first one, but fable 2 is an all time favorite.
does anyone remember silver surfer on the Nintendo?
Golden Eye was HUGE on the n64,
Road Rash on the Genesis,
GTA san andreas was all about gettin those gold rims and fillin the car up with your crew haha.
At the moment im on Modern Warfare 2 and its wrecking my degree.
OJJ how do you have No Mercy but not WCW Revenge?
alot of the games i like are already on here.. i would add Mario Kart and anybody that still plays PS2 should check out Shadow Of the Colossus
metal gear solid on the PS1 was awesome. No two parts of that game felt the same and it never got repetitive. The storyline kept it going and made you feel like continuing. Part 2 was good as well although i didnt like the storyline as much.
I played Fable 2 when it first came out. I thought it was very good, but I didn't like it as much as the 1st one.
Also, I completely agree with you on the first Metal Gear Solid game. Remember the torture room? I could never survive all of the rounds. And he really did know that I was using auto-fire, that one-handed, revolver-using &$#%#&@!.
lol. I actually just had someone tell me fable 1 was better as well so im gonna have to go pick it up.

what are yours? This could be all time or right now.
mine:
Silent Hill 1 and 2 (the story lines were amazing, series went down hill after #2)
Halo 1(best shooter ever)
NCAA Football (I buy them every other year)
Fable 2. Amazing game that i played non stop for about month. Never been hooked on a game like this one and cant wait for the third.
