east front court would have an advantage. But west backcourt would own the east backcourt. Bynum is way underrated if he's healthy, so it would be close, but I'll roll with the Kobe CP3 backcourt.

I think a D-Wade + D-Rose backcourt could give Kobe and CP3 a run for their money.

i think rondo has the potential to guard players like cp3. kobe would have some trouble with wade guarding him...but no more trouble than usual for the guy...kobe scores period.

rondo is a straight scrub unless he has the ball in his hands to run the offense. And you think Lebron and Wade are gonna be on, just standing on the perimeter while Rondo dribbles around? On the west, Paul and Kobe can penetrate while Melo and Dirk spread the floor and hit J's. The make up of the teams favors the west.

Garnett is one of the best defenders in the league while Dirk flops when a PG runs into him. You are crazy. Garnett is twice as good. KG also shares the ball with Allen and Pierce. Who does Dirk share the ball with? Nobody. Look at how many shots each player took.

Is defense even a consideration for you. Johnson is a better defender than Roy and Durant plays no D.

no, no one should think that garnett is not good. like you said he scored 16 a game, on a stacked team were he is no longer a 1st option, and was hobbled by injury so not too bad. he doesnt need to score a ton for them to win. I know hes not as good as dirk on offense, but hes one of if not the best defensively still at this stage in his career. he is not hyped, he is amazing

But coming off an injury and at like 32 years old, I expect KG to be losing a step next year and it will be closer between him and Dirk. But anybody who watches KG should know that his impact on the game goes beyond points. He supplies a level of energy and defensive intensity that reverberates through the whole team.

Haha did you really put Gay in the conversation. The only players you can clearly make the case for right now are the first 4 players you wrote. I forgot you are only 14 and that you dont realize that his numbers dropped off when becoming part of the big 3. He is one of the best defensive players EVER! He also has maybe the best well-rounded offensive game for a player his size ever as well. He can shoot, drive, finish, pass, and he is a true leader. Something that is rare in the league nowadays.

Your 14 and you wouldnt understand what he did in minnesota carrying them to the playoffs year after year. KG has made the all-star game, i believe, every year except his rookie season (his 2nd season he made it as an alternate)... he's definitely been recognized as a great player for a long time.

I think he is the third best pf ever behing Duncan and Malone. As long as he does'nt do that "anything is Possible" stuff anymore, then he is still great in my book.
