Why would OKC go after Sessions?
LMAOClippers have Baron Davis, Mike Taylor, Sebastian TelfairThunder have Russel Westbrook, Shaun Livingston, Chucky Atkinsno way Sessions starts on either team, he'd throw away his future signing with either team..
Sam Presti is a genius so don't question him... lol.
i think he's going for a guy who he thinks is undervalued. I think Sessions is a steal at the mid-level, and he must agree. As for the log jam of PGs... who cares about Chucky Atkins~ he's old. Livingston isn't the same player he was pre-nastiest fall ever, and I think OKC likes his length and versatility more than his PG skills. He'll probably see a lot of minutes at 2 and 3 if OKC picks up Sessions.
Also, with the way Russell throws himself around the court and with Livingston's knee ready to fall apart with another bad fall, it's not a bad idea to have a REALLLLLY solid back up who can keep durant cookin
As a biased OKC fan right now I wouldn't want them to sign him for anything worth more than 5 million next year. Duran's going to want like 15 million and Green will want like 10 so we need well over 15 million in cap space for them alone. Any space we waste is big.
There is no reason he should sign with the clippers or with the thunder because of the amount of pg on both teams.
He should sign with the Knicks and start.
DWAT again, proving you don't know much about basketball... you can sign your own players to contracts even though you will be over the salary cap. so, even if they are at -5 million in cap space, they'll still be able to sign Green and Durant if they choose to. whether or not they'll be over the luxury tax line is a whole other question.
I'm not saying that they're not going to resign them I'm saying that the more money we have to offer after signing them the better chance we have of landing other players while still not paying luxury tax which nowadays if very important because I don't knwo if you've noticed but we happen to be in a bit of an economic down turn.. Don't bring hatred from another post my friend.

The (Racine, Wis.) Journal Times reports Ramon Sessions is drawing intense interest from the Clippers and Knicks and a third team, Oklahoma City, might make an offer to him.
The newspaper also reports officials from the Knicks and Clippers contacted Bucks general manager John Hammond on Monday to discuss Sessions' situation.
Sessions' agent, Jimmy "Chubby" Wells, told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Monday that his client could receive an offer sheet in the next few days.
Wells also told the New York Post yesterday that Knicks president Donnie Walsh is on the verge of making Sessions a long-term offer for roughly $26M.

The Thunder already have Westbrook and now Livingston. Why would they waste any money on Sessions?
