NBA Comparison:

Strengths: A versatile forward with the ability to play inside and outside … Physically ready for the next level- showing a strong and developed body … He is comfortable catching the ball on the low block, where he can use his shoulders to create space and shows a nice turnaround jumper … Can get around bigger players using his foot speed … Finishes well around the basket … Has improved his outside shooting to the point where defenders have to respect him from beyond the arc … He prefers catching the ball in the mid to high post area, where he can face up and shoot or put in on the floor to attack … Has carried a heavy load in his final season, but for the most part he has performed well and contributed in a variety of categories … He is a very active rebounder, looks to use his size and length when getting to the glass …

Weaknesses: Does not have a natural position, he is undersized as a post player and does not have the athleticism to make up for it … On the perimeter, he lacks the first step and skills to attack off the dribble to allow him to play on the wing full time … His shot still has a bit of a hitch in the release, and the results are inconsistent … Not effective shooting off the dribble … Does not show good body control when slashing to the hoop …

Strengths: A real beast out on the court. Very developed physically for his age… Great interior player, uses incredible strength to have his way with defenders down low.. Great size for his position allows him to overpower other smaller forwards. Upper body is like stone, and not many people like trying to guard him in the post, nor do they have success. Very good at scoring when he gets it around the basket…. Not afraid to take it up hard, and usually finishes when he does… Outside game is decent enough to compliment his inside one… , and is learning to take defenders off the dribble.. An incredible rebounder, uses strength along with good positioning to pull in 10 rebounds a game. Hits the glass hard on both sides. Is basically an automatic 20 and 12 right now at this stage in high school.. His combination of scoring and rebounding from the small forward position reminds me a lot of Pistons forward Corliss Williamson. Great interior defender as well because few can match his strength in the post…

Weaknesses: A real tweener with his lack of size and style of play suited for the post. He isn’t big enough to play at the power forward, and he doesn’t have the ball handling skills or outside game to play the small forward. From the looks if it he will stay at the 3 spot. He needs to work on his ball handling skills, right now they are ok at best. A SF in the NBA needs to be able to handle and protect the ball well, and he just can’t. Jump shot from outside could also use some work, and needs to add range to his 3 ball. Passing from the perimeter and post need to be worked on. Right now is too much of an inside player for the SF position. Relies too much on strength and not on post moves right now.

Notes: Mvp of 2003 ABCD underclassman all star game, and good performance in this years senior all star game(17 points)
