State's top two senior wing forwards headed South

These two fellas may be at the end of the line alphabetically, but near the top of the class in their hoop game. It was only a matter of time before Rochester's James Young committed to Kentucky, the long-proclaimed dream school of the sweet shooting 6-6 senior. He's a rare 21st-century Michigan high school prospect to be ranked so high nationally, so it's only fitting that Young end up at a school that's recruiting, and often playing, at a level above everyone else. Young has one-and-done dreams, and as John Calipari's Lexington tenure has show, even sixth men from Kentucky get drafted, so it's a definite possibility.

6-6 Byron "Bo" Zeigler is also off the board, the Detroit Community senior committing today, Saturday, to South Florida while on his official visit. Zeigler is versatile and athletic, he can dish or dunk when he takes the ball in attack mode. Bo Z is a gym rat with a sharp understanding for the game. He'll be a great player for Stan Heath as he matures and comes with the consistent effort you need at the college level.
