To understand what the scouts are saying you would have to understand that basketball is a team game. As a team they travel/play together as a team. One player “piss’n in the pool” can be enough to ruin team chemistry or make other players not want to be part of a team. Figure it out…. have you ever worked with a person you can’t stand being around? Now imagine yourself going on the road with this person to 41 destinations per year (+playoffs) and dealing with them on a daily basis.
