And now he’s bestowed that name upon a rookie who’s taken the NBA by storm: Blake Griffin.
When O’Neal was recently asked about Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert, he completely evaded the question, instead focusing on the Los Angeles Clippers forward and frontrunner for the Rookie of the Year Award.
"I don’t have any impression," Shaq said. "The only impression I have of anyone is of Blake Griffin. Other than that, I don’t have anything to say about anybody. Blake Griffin is the truth. All these other guys, I’m not impressed."

That’s what I imagine when he rises for a dunk…an irreverent stamping on prohibited ground (the opponent’s shoulders)…
I like Blake "the Quake"…what about "The Frog"?; I know it’s sort of obvious, but once I saw him recovering a ball on the ground, and from a nearly sitting position jump high for his dunk
