When he learns to shoot because people forget that a lot of young guys in the league can not shoot. Look at Ariza, he could not shoot like that coming in. MJ was said to not even be a good shooter coming in. Rubio will learn to shoot and at 23 when most guys are still playing like rookies he will be a n all star and team leader of a playoff contender.
