    Wow sorry to hear about this morning the passing of Eric Mobley, father of Evan and Isaiah Mobley. Was pretty shocking as he wasn’t that old only in his early 50s. Was currently an assistant at USC and was former head coach of the Compton Magic that impacted many young basketball players in Southern California. Very humble and nice guy that was a great role model two qualities he instilled in his sons.

    Crazy. No cause of death released. At least he got to see his sons realize their dreams and coach them into the NBA.

    Doesn’t make it any better, but it is not Evan and Isaiah’s dad, it was another Eric Mobley around same age who also played basketball.

        Nope a lot of articles are just using the wrong picture. USC/Compton Magic Mobley played at Portland, Cal Poly Pomona, and overseas not Pittsburg and the NBA. I saw the headline earlier with his picture, but he is still alive.
