I have a hard time believing that Stauskas will only average 6.5 ppg unless he sees very little playing time

Not Bad, Not bad. I would raise Embiid and raise Gordon to a 69.

They’ve generally rated "exceptional" rookies a little bit higher than a 76… closer to like a 78. I think even guys like Smart and Randle may be rated at around a 74-75.

What about the traits/ Abilities? I think wiggins gets finisher and highlight reel. Parker gets finisher and ball creator. Randle gets Bruiser, and tenacious rebounder. Gordon gets highlight reel and finisher too. Smart gets active hands and finisher. Lavine gets highlight reel.

    Feel free to add on

I’d create players like Randle and Parker around 76-77 (total rating doesn’t really matter, they should be good enough to put solid numbers right away). Wiggins and Embiid, probably around 73-75, but with excellent potential.

Raw players like Lavine would be rated very low (<70) but he should have very high potential (around 85). While players like McDermott should probably come out around 70 and not have much room to grow (probably 75-78 potential?). That’s how I created the draft class in 2K14 and it looks OK. It’s a matter of personal taste, I don’t like having my association mode with tons of great players.
