    Who’s the better prospect?

    Both are the same age and around the same size. Both have shot the rock well this year and both are good athletes. Hunter Sallis has been the man at Wake Forest for the last couple of years, while Walter Clayton, Jr. went from a fringe draftable prospect to making strides into first round talk this year. Atm the consensus big board has them at 48 and 49 rankings respectively. Take into account that many of the guys ahead of them on that big board might go back to school, it’s plausible they can both flirt with the first round. So anyways, who do you got? Are you going with Sallis who’s been a little more on the radar through the years, or do you go with recent bias and take Clayton, Jr. as he’s still in the tournament and flourishing…

    My take;
    Imo Hunter Sallis is slightly more athletic and maybe has an inch on Walter Clayton, Jr… That being said give me Walter Clayton, Jr. I like his craftiness more and leadership. I think one can play off of Walter Clayton, Jr. a little easier too.

    Anyways, who you guys got???

    Hunter has a slight size advantage but I think Walter has more power and bulk. Both guys are solid 2nd round picks but could well move up depending on who returns to college or stays abroad etc.Clayton I’d take personally ahead of Sallis as I think he has that big game/clutch instinct and could be a nice impact bench player in the NBA.

    Well Clayton Jr. is getting Steph Curry comparisons right now which is clearly ridiculous but the hype is getting him 1st round consideration and it is somewhat warranted. Shooting 39% from three on 8 attempts a game in this years SEC, winning the SEC and making it to the final four should have Clayton higher on everyones board.
