roni3ParticipantI was just watching some videos on Zhou Qi and his skill set, physical attributes remind me a lot of a young Dirk Nowitzki. In terms height: both over seven feet, both are pretty skinny, great footwork, unbelievable touch, Zhou seems to have a really good looking midrange shot. This kid might be the steal of the draft. What impresses me the most is how a 7′ 2" played runs the floor so fluidly not to mention he was a clear winner in terms of combine measurements. This site has him in the 40s, I think a late first or early second could make him a huge steal

SlickBouncePassParticipanthe obviously needs to hit the gym but apparently has it all offensively, smooth stroke from midrange, kid looks like he’s seen a lot of NBA games. Korea ain’t exactly NBA defense, but has nice footwork and can score from inside and out. I’d take a chance on him. He has improved a lot balance-wise from last year’s Hoop Summit. I’d take a chance on him with a late first round pick.

kobyzParticipantHe and bender are the same projects, i don’t know why bender is consider top 5 pick and him later, both so unproven and at max should be at the 20-30 range…

roni3ParticipantTo a certain extent I see what your talking about but the thing with Bender is that he is really mobile and has unbelievable lateral movement and quickness for a 6′ 11" player. Not to mention his skill set includes above average passing, 3 point shooting something that Zhou Qi hasn’t shown as of yet. Bender reminds me of a taller AK47, but Bender will have to work on the defensive end to get to where AK47 was. Also the whole thing with Kristas has boosted Benders stock quite a bit. He is a good player but I wouldn’t take him with the number 3 pick if I was the Celtics.

kobyzParticipantBender does not have close to ak47 instincts and toughness at the same age, bender remind a player like myers leonard from portland…
