Turkish junior Onuralp Bitim, ranked as the No. 3 player in his class in Europe by Eurohopes, has arrived at Huntington Prep, the school confirmed Sunday on Twitter.

Bitim, a 6-5 shooting guard, made the all-tournament team at the FIB U16 European Championships, averaging 22.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals in eight games for the bronze medalists. He shot 48.6% from the field. He also played in the U16 event in 2014.

Bitim played in the international game at the Jordan Brand Classic in Brooklyn last April. He was 3-for-6 from the field, including two three-pointers, for 12 points in 15 minutes. He also had six rebounds.

According to NBADraft.net, Bitim is "A tremendous slasher with a great offensive repertoire. Bitim has good size for the position, with great athleticism and average speed. He excels in the transition game, showing the ability to attack the rim with a great variety of options. Furthermore, he excels in the use of fakes, Eurosteps, change of speed, and has amazing body control."

Huntington Prep should again have a loaded roster led by Michigan State commit Miles Bridges (ranked No. 11 in the nation by Rivals.com). Huntington was 30-2 last season and finished at No. 6 in the final Super 25 rankings.
