44 - Richard Jefferson

NBA Comparison: Tim Thomas
Strengths: World class athlete with great strength. Defense is his greatest asset. Potential is very intriguing despite his current skll level due to the fact that he was a post player in high school. He is still getting a feel for the perimeter after three years at Arizona on the wing.
Weaknesses: Not a great ball handler or passer but these skills are still developing. Shot can be inconsistent, and doesn’t shoot well off the dribble. Statistics did not show continual improvement, granted the team around him improved, but the lack of development is a concern.
